All prices are quoted in AUD and are to be paid in AUD.  Payments are to be made upfront as part of the booking process via the website. Should you have any queries, please contact us by calling Simon +61 404 092 611 or Kerry +61 405 733 477.

In the event a booking is cancelled, either by the customer or Coonawarra Experiences, greater than 7 days prior to departure no penalty will be incurred.  If cancellation is requested greater than 72 hours but less than 7 days, a 25% penalty will be incurred and all cancellations less than 72 hours prior to booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.  Should customers fail to turn up and make no effort to contact Coonawarra Experiences, apart from exceptional circumstances, there will be no right to a refund.

As part of Coonawarra Experiencesbusiness process we will be required to collect personal information such as your name, address, email and contact number. This will all be saved in our secure booking system and all payments are to be made through our secure 3rd party payment system, meaning we will never store your credit card or bank account details.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to other parties without your prior consent.  As it is our aim to demonstrate, where possible, the types of experiences on offer, we will take photos/videos during each tour.  Should you not wish to have your image shared in our promotional material, please indicate this to us on the day.

Tours are subject to cellar door availability, which is out of our control, should this result in a change to the itinerary, an alternative will be arranged. Under these circumstances, should you wish to cancel, cancellation policy applies.

Coonawarra Experiences work closely with each of the cellar doors to provide the best possible experience for our customers.  However, should you not be happy with an element of the tour, we welcome your feedback.  Please be mindful that sometimes we are unable to predict or control circumstances due to the nature of the region but all efforts are made to ensure value for money is maintained.
All tours conducted in English but should you wish to provide a translator, we can definitely accommodate them.

In the event that Coonawarra Experiences need to cancel, full refunds will be provided.

Coonawarra Experiences has compulsory third party and public liability insurances but travel insurance is the responsibility of the individual.  It is also the responsibility and risk of the individual for any loss, damage, cost or other consequences resulting directly or indirectly whilst on our tours.

Our objective is to provide an experience that you will go away talking about in a positive light. Should this, for some reason, not be the case, we encourage all feedback as we are committed to continuous improvement.
